Used Car? Don't get scammed on classifieds

Hey

Like most people I like shopping for a used car on classifieds or from 
a dealer down the street. Also like most people I am on a tight budget 
and cannot afford to get scammed into buying a car that was totalled-junk!

You cannot trust the seller or dealer. What if the car was a flooded car?

This calls for a carfax report but it is too expensive!
