Here's the biggest reason why you hit bad golf shots

Imagine this...

You're hitting the ball great.  One great shot after another.  Then, out of

When you swing a golf club you need tension in certain muscules because

The problem golfers face is using excessive tension in their body to hit golf

If you're making a swing change you will often hit the ball very badly.  
The reason this happens is because it takes a while for you to get used to the new 
move. But also, what is happening is that when you're "trying" hard to make a 


swing change you are using excessive tension.  This causes shots to go shorter
