You're hitting the ball great. One great shot after another. Then, out of
the blue you hit a bad golf shot. Then another, and another.
So what happened here?
Did you lose your swing?
Of course you didn't.
Does your golf swing need a big overhaul?
Of course it doesn't because not long ago you were hitting great shots.
So what's the cause of going from hitting it great one second to hitting it
bad the next?
Well, the most common reason is because you had excessive tension in your
body.
When you swing a golf club you need tension in certain muscules because
you're swinging a golf club so fast. If you had no tension as you swung
then the club would come flying out of your hands.
The problem golfers face is using excessive tension in their body to hit golf
shots.
There's good and bad news with this.
The bad news is that if you don't do anything about this habit of hitting shots
with excessive tension, then you'll always be plagued by inconsistency.
The good news, however, is that you can actually train yourself to hit golf shots
consistently with only the necessary amount of tension in the appropriate muscles.
And in this Mental Golf Mastery program {affiliate URL here) you're going to learn
how to train yourself to do exactly that. You'll learn that in Lesson 5 of that program.
Plus you get two mp3 audios to teach you this very important skill.
At the moment there's a special on the Mental Golf Mastery program, which you
can find out more about here:
You need to go there right now to check it out because very soon the price is going
up significantly. After you get it, have a great week implementing hitting golf shots
with only the necessary amount of tension to hit them perfectly.
You'll enjoy golf so much more when you do that.
Why Swing Changes Cause Bad Ball Striking For A Time...
If you're making a swing change you will often hit the ball very badly.
The reason this happens is because it takes a while for you to get used to the new
move. But also, what is happening is that when you're "trying" hard to make a
swing change you are using excessive tension. This causes shots to go shorter
than normal.
So when you learn to hit shots with only the necessary amount of
tension you'll hit the ball a lot further with a lot less effort. To start doing
that now, go here to get the Mental Golf Mastery program on special now:
